About Amber 

I have over 17 years litigation and dispute resolution experience. I have always had a particular interest in the areas of relationship property and all family law. I have successfully appeared in the Youth Court, Family Court, District Court and High Court, and successfully participated in mediations, arbitrations and round table meetings across a range of litigation areas including Criminal and Traffic Law, ACC, employment, Civil disputes, the Youth Court, and the Family Court. I now concentrate my practice on the areas of Family Law and Relationship Property Law as that is where my passion lies.

I pride myself in being committed to my client’s case and providing practical straight forward advice. I consider it a privilege to assist people in often times of immense stress and uncertainty and I take this responsibility seriously. I like to get to know my clients, to understand the outcomes they seek and work with them to achieve these outcomes.

I am regularly appointed by the Court as Lawyer for the Child and Counsel to Assist the Court.

I am a member of the Family Law Section and a Senior Legal Aid Provider.
